Perennial Program Manager

Home Nursery is seeking an experienced Perennial Program Manager to lead our perennial crop production at our Albers, IL location. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of perennial production, including crop scheduling, plant health, inventory, labor oversight, and collaboration with sales and production teams.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Horticulture
- 5+ years of growing/production experience
- Strong knowledge of plant health, IPM, and crop varieties
- Leadership and training skills
- Experience with production equipment and MS Office

Key Responsibilities:

•  Plan and manage perennial growing schedules
•  Oversee plant health, irrigation, trimming, and IPM practices
•  Maintain accurate records and manage inventory
•  Coordinate with TN operations and internal teams
