Meet Our Team » Alicia Sharer
Alicia functions as our internal sales representative. She assists customers that call into the farm providing both knowledge of our procedures as well as our plant material and maintains the high standard of customer service we aim to provide. When applicable, she assists the sales reps with order entry and communicates with the shipping department to get orders efficiently scheduled and delivered. She also composes our weekly availability email that is sent out to everyone subscribed to our mailing list. Alicia has 6 years of experience managing a retail garden center where she oversaw all inventory and plant ordering. She was drawn to the industry by a deep love for plants and the desire to help others enjoy everything the green industry has to offer. She graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
Joined the Home Nursery family in February of 2021.
