Acer griseum (Paperbark Maple) has many attributes that make it a must for every garden.  It is a slow growing tree of small stature that fits in well next to a patio or driveway.   It is attractive year round.  The most notable feature is the cinnamon-color exfoliating bark.  Contrasting against a new fallen snow, this rich warm bark is a welcome contribution to a winter garden.

Plant Height: 20 to 30 feet dark green leaves of summer turn a beautiful red in the fall when grown in full sun; apricot to gold when grown in shade.
